Mmmm? You're crushing me. Oh... -- click here for alternate angst version After two days of completely freaking myself out and asking everyone from my Design/Art teachers, to my friend in Texas, to everyone I know in IRL, to my MOM, I've finally got the guts to post this! My first official collab with *yunichan who manages to intimidate me with her awesome art skills ;A; SO YEAH. CHECK HER OUT! SHE HAS AWESOME ARTS AND NICE LINEARTS AND... AND... She's nice too XD Onto the art! Originally, it was going to be a simple colour job with a simple background. Then I added overhead lighting as opposed to mid-left lighting. Then I added about sixty five thousand gradients to the individual shadows, trying to get that perfect balance. Then I added a background. First came the snow. Then I decided they were on a bridge. And then I added a lampost. Then I added the lamp lighting which to balance took a good half-an-hour and redoing on gradient OVER AND FREAKIN' OVER. Thus totally from an two hour project to an 8+ project XD; and you know what? I FUCKING LOVE IT. This is one of my most favourtist things I've ever gotten to colour! I'm so proud of the lighting, the shadows, even the background! SO YA, SUCK IT TIME! I HAVE NO NEED FOR YOU! Course, once I finished it, immediately I was paranoid and asked everyone to look at it and tell me their opinions >____< Anyway, I hope this is nice enough, I always get so worried when posting stuff of someone else's, even if I don't say it, I'm nervous!
